The apartments
Staying in an ancient medieval village. 

The apartments made available by Villa Selva are all located in a part of the medieval castle of Grutti, a few minutes from the country house. The structure is able to offer comfortable apartments suitable for every need, for all those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday discovering the history of our villages, enjoying the green of its hills and its landscapes.

Our apartments: 

The apartments available to all its guests are of various sizes to always meet any type of stay request, with a swimming pool overlooking the Todi valley, a terraced garden always shaded perfect for relaxing.

Breakfast is included, but will be served at the Country House
In the months of July and August the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Check-in time: from 3:30 pm onwards, check-out: by 10:30 am.

Open only on Friday and Saturday nights.

June, July and September:
Open from Thursday night to Sunday night included.

Special openings 2023:

November 1st long weekend:
Open from 27 October to 4 November included, minimum booking 2 nights.

Long weekend 8 December:
Thursday 7th is added, minimum booking 2 nights.

Christmas:
Closed (both rooms and restaurant) from 24th to 28th December included.

New Year's:
Open from 29th December to 1st January included, minimum booking 2 nights.

Special Openings 2024:

Closed (both rooms and restaurant) on January 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

Hag:
Normal opening (from Friday to Sunday), minimum booking 2 nights.

Closed for holidays from January 22nd to February 8th included.

Easter:
Open from March 28th to April 1st included, minimum booking 2 nights.

Long weekends of April 25th and May 1st:
Uninterrupted opening from 24 April to 5 May, minimum booking 2 nights.

August 2024:
We will be open all week but with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Closed for holidays from August 26th to September 12th included.

our restaurant:

We do not offer half board, but by booking the room or apartment you will have a reserved table for dinner for the entire duration of your stay, on the days the restaurant is open.

Lunch service starts at 1pm and dinner service at 8pm.

We remind you that in our restaurant, the formula is that of the fixed menu, which consists of a rich buffet starter, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, side dishes and desserts €36.00 excluding drinks.
For children between 5 and 12 years old the menu is €15.00, under 5s are free.
Please kindly communicate in advance the presence of any allergies, intolerances, etc.
Giorgione's presence is always guaranteed from Friday to Sunday, during the week he may be absent for work reasons, in which case we will make sure to communicate it as promptly as possible.
