The apartments made available by Villa Selva are all located in a part of the medieval castle of Grutti, a few minutes from the country house. The structure is able to offer comfortable apartments suitable for every need, for all those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday discovering the history of our villages, enjoying the green of its hills and its landscapes.

The apartments available to all its guests are of various sizes to always meet any type of stay request, with a swimming pool overlooking the Todi valley, a terraced garden always shaded perfect for relaxing.
Breakfast is included, but will be served at the Country House
In the months of August the minimum stay is 2 nights.

We do not offer half board, but by booking the room or apartment you will have a reserved table for dinner for the entire duration of your stay, on the days the restaurant is open.

Lunch service starts at 1pm and dinner service at 8pm.
We remind you that in our restaurant, the formula is that of the fixed menu, which consists of a rich buffet starter, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, side dishes and desserts € 38.00 excluding drinks.
For children between 5 and 12 years old the menu is €15.00, under 5s is € 5.00.

Giorgione's presence is always guaranteed from Friday to Sunday, during the week he may be absent for work reasons, in which case we will make sure to communicate it as promptly as possible.
