Villa Selva, managed with passion and dedication by the children of Giorgione del Gambero Rosso, offers not only the opportunity to meet Giorgio live and maybe have a chat in the shade of a majestic centuries-old oak but, above all, the opportunity to get in touch with the true taste of tradition, thanks to a restaurant able to offer only the best of typical Umbrian cuisine, which however often winks also at the typical Roman products, the place of origin of the family and sometimes also from Puglia, Tyrol, Sicily and all those places that, with their delicious recipes, make Italian cuisine the most varied and appreciated in the world. The restaurant is open not only to hotel guests, but also to all those who choose our structure to spend a cheerful evening in the name of good food and good wine or perhaps as a location for their special events that ours structure thanks to the large open spaces available is particularly suitable for hosting.
Our menu:

In our restaurant the formula is that of the fixed menu, which consists of a rich appetizer buffet, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, side dishes and desserts for 38.00 euros excluding drinks, all rigorously prepared in compliance with raw materials, seasonality and of tradition.
For children between 5 and 12 years the menu is € 15.00 under 5 years free.
We kindly ask you to communicate in advance the presence of any allergies, intolerances, etc.

Giorgione's presence is always guaranteed from Friday to Sunday, during the week he could be absent for work reasons, in which case we will take care to let you know as soon as possible.
